Very pleasant to deal with and accomodating
The vehicle was not as clean as it could have been and needed a deodorizer. Thw shoulder strap on seat belt for driver was short??? Staff (Wendy) was very nice and accommodating. ..thanks.
I am a long time customer and recently visited there to have an issue with my van lift resolved. I had an appointment, and as always I was ushered right in. I met briefly with George, the tech that had worked on my lift a month or so ago, explained to him the problem, and an hour or so later I was back in business. I was pleased to have George assigned to the project as he had done an outstanding job on my previous visit, one that required some in depth troubleshooting. He truly is a valuable asset to their organization, as is Connie, Barry and others. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and my visits there are always a pleasurable experience.
When called to speak with a specific member of their "team of mechanics" we were told he is out with another customer and will have to wait. They close in almost an hour, our call was placed over an hour and a half ago. I dont expect to be hearing from these people. But you can bet this is far from over.
What wonderful service! Stopped by on our vacation to ask about their thoughts regarding my mother's ramp being too steep. We left with the problem solved and a very happy lady who just got her independence back! Thank you, thank you!
They tell you all day long that "it's almost ready" when theres still several HOURS of work to do.
On top of our horrid experiences with spending entire days in their waiting room (after complaining, a mechanic offered a loaner so we could get lunch. We got there at 8 am and thia wasn't offered until almost 3pm.)
Our 2003 gmc yukon has been in their shop charging up 95$ per hour mechanic fees for over twelve hours. We had to drive to the ride away location in grey (over two hours away) going on three times.
To top off our experience, at nearly 5pm (their closing time) they say theyre still having issues with the wiring theyve been working on for more than three hours, with more than two mechanics. Suddenly, mechanics and other employees are leaving for the weekend! While our only vehicle was still in the garage. We ended up driving home with out a horn, and questionable headlights.
Back for round two "a quick fix" lead to another 4 hours at their location in grey, an altercation with some pets, a responsible party fleaing while a handicapped man picked HIMSELF up off the ground, and again arriving home with a vehicle unsafe for the road. (Head lights are now backwards high beal is low, low beam is high).
