Most Disrespectful Store Owner Ever!!! I have never been disrespected so bad by a store in my life. - - 2010-05-26
I can't count the number of times I have had great experiences here. It always seems like they over deliver to my expectations.
Long Story Short..... My brake failed me so I needed a 12 mm 6point socket to do a 3 min brake job fix. Anyway.....I though i should stop at ace hardware to buy it and after I purchased the needed tool I Parked in a parking spot not right at the Front of the store to be courteous to others and then when I was almost finished.....about 2 mins into the job......(w/2 mins remaining) The supposed store owner walked up to me like he was going to help or give me a point of advice and he asked whet happened, so I showed him my pads with no pad left and he said "It would be nice if you asked if you could turn my parking lot into your own garage." I was in one space for 4 minutes. Anyway....I purchased something because it was needed now....if it could have waited I would have done the brake job at home but I was 25 Mins from my house with no passanger side front brakes and didn't want to warp my rotors by driving any longer. I will never go to Ace Hardware In Yarmouth,Me Ever Again! Because of a stupid owner you just lost a customer who purchases alot from hardware stores.....but not you anymore!!!!!
